It is very important to us to have a clear and open relationship with our clients in order for everyone to understand the involvements and our policies. We focus on what is best for you and your pet and promise to be caring and honest with you at all times.
Service Guarentee
We guarantee the duration of each visits/walks/trainings, and the number of visits/walks/trainings per day.
We guarantee that the care will be provided by a professional, responsible, and caring individual.
Contract
Clients looking for pack walks, private walks, drop-in visits, dog sitting, dog boarding, board and trains or training packages must sign a legal contract.
We keep the contract on file and you may request a copy at any time.
Refund Policy
Once we have received your payment we do not provide refunds. If you must cancel a service you have two months to use your credit.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to the service or a fee will be applied. Fees depend on the service booked.
Client Information
All client information is confidential and shall not be shared with the general public.
We reserve the right to contact by-law, the Ottawa Police or the Humane Society if we have reason to believe that the animal is being abused or neglected.
Our Respect Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service or leave a service if;

- You are being verbally or physically aggressive towards our staff,
- You are making our staff uncomfortable,
- You are not following protocols and/or our contracts,
- Our staff has been put in a dangerous situation.
